Join us for our annual program with our teacher, Lama Kathy Wesley.
July 10-11, 2010
"The Wheel of Life: Finding Freedom in the Tibetan Buddhist Tradition" (based on The Twelve Links of Interdependence)
Saturday and Sunday
10 a.m. until noon
2-4 p.m.
722 West 8th Street
How are prejudices formed? How do memories turn into grudges and grudges turn into actions we later regret? How is happiness arrived at - and how soon can we make that journey? This weekend seminar describes the Buddhist teachings on interdependence, showing how "we are what we think," and how our minds - and our experience of life - can be changed for the better.
Note: Due to an incredibly full schedule, this year Lama Kathy will be unable to present a public talk on Friday night.
